In addition to my voice mail, it would have been nice to have met you. I appreciate you taking the time in the beginning to answer all my questions and tell me about the car... it is gorgeous and you represented it very well! I don't feel deceived or disappointed at all and wouldn't hesitate to recommend D & H Motors to anyone seeking a quality used vehicle. I, too, will consider you again further down the road when it comes time. I have already told a few folks that were pleasantly surprised when they saw what I purchased!
For now I am pleased and extremely happy with my "replacement" vehicle ... thank you one and all for your compassion, professionalism, and patience. You are all a very upbeat and delightful team, and considering the last six weeks of feeling deceived, frustrated, and beat down, I actually left with a big content smile and no buyers remorse as I have done in the past and somewhat expected again this time.

I was just on the testimonial section looking to see how to add a testimonial and didn't see anyway to add a testimonial online. At any rate, I received your letter in the mail this weekend about adjusting my loan payments and interest rate based on the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act and I have to admit, both Lori and I were so touched by your letter and felt compelled to write a testimonial.
I can't say I expected to be recalled to active duty considering the administrative nature of my position, let alone being recalled for as long as I have. And now it looks like I will be here much longer than my current orders (currently serving my fourth set of orders, back-to-back). I find it even more amazing that such a large organization could have as many difficulties paying someone timely and properly!
Needless to say, my being recalled to active duty has been a tremendous burden both personally and financially. And I sincerely appreciate your thoughtfulness working with me through these troubling times. Both Lori and I agreed that the next time we are looking for used car, you will be our first stop! And we have no hesitations recommending you to anyone we know.
