After buying a very clean and great running 01 Chevy Malibu a year ago and having credit problems, D & H Motors worked hard and got us the financing we needed to make the car ours. As I searched the internet for a second vehicle, I saw a Chevy Blazer on D & H website, we drove in for the second time in a year, lo and behold there it was for the taking (well for the buying). We experienced another great buying experience from the people at D & H Motors. If we ever need #3, we will be back. I will tell all my friends about D & H Motors:

Being definitely "Credit Challenged" and with a low down payment to the point of being turned down repeatedly from various financing companies and dealers while looking for that 'special low mileage' used Mercedes Benz proved to be just a minor obstacle to both you and Haroldo. The treatment I received along with the actual 'Car Buying Experience' was paramount to any other used car or new car dealership that I have ever received before! The entire process was totally 'painless' and smooth. Even though it was a struggle trying to find a "lender", the D & H folks jumped over hoops to "succeed" at closing the deal. Initially I had looked at a later model used Mercedes (selling for half the price), that actually was sold out from under me while trying to find financing. Haroldo and Doug both worked hard and eventually were able to offer me a Mercedes Benz car which I never would have dreamed of being the proud owner of-a 1997 E320 with 70K miles.
In closing, Doug also was very supportive of the 'Cyber space' method (buying a car through their web site), which is a most enjoyable buying experience, minimizing the 'gut wrenching' and waiting hours upon hours to haggle out a deal at the "larger more prominent dealerships". They did all the work while I continued working, not being present at the dealership and handling everything over the phone.
In the future I will recommend any one at any time looking to buy a car to visit D & H Motors where they know how to treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve! Now I believe and know why other people have said similar things about them with nothing but the utmost praise.
